Mr. McLaughlin received his Bachelor’s of Arts degree in psychology from Westfield State University in 2014 and his Master’s of Arts degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Westfield State University in 2016. He is experienced working with children and young adults from ages 2 to 21. Mr. McLaughlin worked in a clinical setting for 4 years before transitioning to in-home services. His clinical interests include parent training, independent living skills and the development of language.
In his free time Time enjoys bike riding, escape rooms, and watching football.
