Terry has experience in managing and coordinating human resources functions while facilitating the planning and execution of policies and procedures. She is skilled in all aspects of human resources including, employee relations, conflict resolution, employment law, union regulations, recruiting process, onboarding, new employee orientations, FMLA, and others related to HR processes. Terry is also bilingual in Spanish and English. Additionally, she has a background in finance and business.

In her free time, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, cooking, trying different restaurants, and enjoying good conversation.
