Mrs. Olson received her Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Western New England University in 2013. She has been working directly with individuals diagnosed with autism spectrum disorders and related intellectual disabilities for the past 10 years. She has worked with individuals ranging in age from 2-20 years old in residential, school, and home settings. Meredith is passionate about working with clients and their families, incorporating parents into client therapy to ensure understanding and continued principles application. Her primary focus is teaching functional communication, social pragmatics, and independent living skills to clients.
In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two young sons. She enjoys running and being outdoors.
