Ann Cotter-Mack MS, BCBA, LABA

Ms. Cotter-Mack received her Masters’ Degree from UMass Boston in Management of Human Services, specializing in programmatic assessment. She became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in 2004, and secured the 4th license for applied behavioral analyst in the state. Throughout her career, she has worked with children and adults with multiple disabilities, autism, and mental health challenges. She has cultural experience in residential, day habilitative, schools, vocational, and in homes. Her clinical interests involve designing evidence-based plans that address behavioral triggers through tailored interventions, and preparing staff and family members for successful implementation to support new skills.

When not at work, she enjoys her family, reading and the ocean.
